Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief is used for:
Treating minor aches and pains caused by cramps, headache, and backache, and also provides temporary relief of swelling, bloating, water-weight gain, and the full feeling caused by premenstrual and menstrual periods.
Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief is an analgesic and diuretic combination. It works by decreasing a chemical in the brain that causes pain and fever. The diuretic causes urination, which decreases excess water in the body and results in less bloating and swelling.
Do NOT use Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief if:
- you are allergic to any ingredient in Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief
- you are taking any other product containing acetaminophen

Before using Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief:
Some medical conditions may interact with Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:

- Medicines for nausea and vomiting (eg, granisetron, ondansetron) because the effectiveness of Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief may be decreased

If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. Do not take 2 doses at once.

- Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief may harm your liver. Your risk may be greater if you drink alcohol while you are using Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief. Talk to your doctor before you take Women's Tylenol Multi-Symptom Menstrual Relief or other fever reducers if you drink more than 3 drinks with alcohol per day.
